1. Who we are
This website, www.oreviatrade.com, is operated by Orevia Commercial Brokers L.L.C ("Orevia", "we", "us"), a limited liability company licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under commercial licence no. 952681, with its office at Office 102, Mohamed Abdulaziz Mohamed Bin Fares Building, Al Murar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at info@oreviatrade.com.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry form. Your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the sector and governorate you are interested in, your message, and the language you used on the site.
- Direct contact. Anything you send us by email or tell us by phone.
- Technical data. As with any website, our hosting provider and the services listed in section 5 receive your IP address and basic browser information when your browser loads the site.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the opportunity you raised.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
- To meet our legal obligations, including identity, due-diligence and sanctions checks if a business relationship develops.
- To protect the website against abuse.
We rely on your request and consent when you contact us, on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and on our legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries: Web3Forms (delivers form submissions to our inbox), our email provider, and GitHub Pages (hosts the website).
- Our team in Dubai and at our Syria branch, only as needed to handle your enquiry.
- Legal advisers and partners connected to a specific opportunity, and only with your agreement.
- Authorities where we are required to by law.
5. Content from other services
Some parts of the site are loaded from other providers: fonts from Google Fonts, news headlines retrieved through Google News and rss2json, and news images loaded from the publishers' own websites. When your browser loads this content, those providers receive your IP address. Their own privacy policies apply.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside the UAE, including in the United States and Europe, and enquiries relating to Syria may be handled by our Syria branch. We take reasonable steps to make sure your data stays protected wherever it is handled.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for up to three years afterwards, unless a business relationship or the law requires us to keep them longer.
8. Your rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and any other law that applies to you, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or stop using it, or withdraw your consent. Email info@oreviatrade.com and we will reply within 30 days.
9. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we take reasonable measures to protect the data you send us. No system is completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive documents through the enquiry form.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
12. Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
To work properly, it stores a few small settings in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are never sent to us:
- your language choice (English or Arabic);
- whether you paused the background motion;
- a temporary copy of the news headlines, so the page loads faster.
You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Content loaded from other services is described in section 5.
